A Message from Our Managing Partner: Brouse McDowell's Commitment to Equality

We at Brouse McDowell are saddened by the senseless deaths of George Floyd and countless other victims of racism. As lawyers and legal professionals it is our duty to uphold the rule of law which ensures justice and equality for all. It is equally important that we come together to support each other and stand in solidarity to eliminate discrimination of all kinds, including discrimination against people of color.

Brouse McDowell is committed to a culture of equality which welcomes and supports all genders, races, ethnicities, beliefs and other diverse groups, and promotes growth opportunities and inclusive forums for all our employees. We do not, and will not, tolerate any form of prejudice, racism or discrimination.

We will continue to foster a diverse and inclusive environment reflecting the communities and clients we serve, and to support initiatives and organizations that work to overcome and remove barriers and biases against minority and underrepresented groups. Our management team, working with our dedicated Diversity & Inclusion Committee is working with our stakeholders and surrounding communities to educate and raise awareness about implicit bias and other issues facing minorities today.
