Brouse McDowell Advises Cleveland Vibrator on its New Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility
October 2019
Brouse McDowell attorneys are advising Cleveland Vibrator in the company’s relocation of their headquarters and manufacturing facility from the near west side of Cleveland to a larger campus on the city’s south side.
The new facility has a capacity of 54,000 square feet with a 6,000-square-foot mezzanine. The company will occupy 37,000 square feet and lease out the remaining space. The company’s build-out will include improving truck dock space; reworking electric power distribution; installing overhead cranes, paint booths and a weld fume exhaust system; adding new machine equipment, and renovating the office and production areas.
The Brouse McDowell team, led by James T. Dixon, Co-Chair of the Real Estate Group, assisted with the acquisition of the property and will advise on construction contracting in the redevelopment of the headquarters and the manufacturing facility.
