Claims Management

Our team manages the claims administration process for clients with multiple claims in multiple jurisdictions by: (1) accepting and processing new claims; (2) assigning new claims to defense counsel; (3) tendering new claims to the appropriate insurers; (4) coordinating defense counsel invoices and submissions to insurers; (5) verifying that all required procedures are followed and all required documents are provided; and (6) assisting with preparation for quarterly and annual audits.

Our Toledo office has implemented processes and controls that are SOC-1 compliant and ensure our Claims Management Services System operates efficiently, consistently, and reliably. We have developed good working relationships with insurers and formed strategic partnerships with outside vendors. Our team also ensures that third-party claims are properly submitted to insurers, claims are accurately tracked, and deductibles, self-insured retentions, and coverage limits are appropriately applied.
